Interview
The interview process was split into 5 steps and lasted about 6 weeks:
1. Short Case Study request per email
2. Call with HR
3. Call with the Hiring Manager
4. Call with team-member with the same job title
5. Final call with the Vice President of Sales

Interview
I had a great experience interviewing with Adjust. Given the industry and the seniority of the role, everything I was asked to do was appropriate (and they tailor the process to each individual, so you aren't asked to do unnecessary steps). Once my initial application was accepted, I received a very thoughtfully designed guide explaining their interview process, that also included tips for how to do well at each stage. The whole process for me (from application sent to offer made) was about 2 weeks. (Do expect take home assignments - I had only 1 that took a couple of hours; some roles require a second task/presentation but from what I've heard those are also manageable). The hiring team was also very communicative throughout and everyone I spoke/emailed with was lovely; I only had to wait a couple days at most after each stage to know what my next steps were. All in all a great experience!

Interview
The interview process entailed the following steps:
1. Written challenge
2. Interview with the head of talent acquisition
3. Interview with the team leader/manager of the role
4. Interview with two team members who would share the same job title
5. Interview with a senior product manager
6. Interview with a senior sales manager
Throughout the process, Daniela, the Head of Talent Acquisition, was incredibly engaged and responsive, often working late to accommodate me (due to the US-Germany time difference). She’s an HR superstar.
