I experienced a frustrating and poorly managed interview process with this employer. Despite attending multiple interviews, there was no communication or follow-up on their end. On two occasions, I was asked to attend interviews with less than five days’ notice, which I accommodated. However, the interview questions were largely repetitive, indicating a lack of coordination between the hiring committees. Despite being assured of timely updates, I had to proactively reach out to inquire about the process. Overall, my time and effort were wasted. If you encounter similar issues, I would strongly advise reconsidering whether engaging with this institution is worth your time.
