Adient required a phone screening, a phone interview, then an in-person interview. The phone interview was with a handful of people from the engineering team. The in-person interview was with other management from the facility.
Short and sweet. Initial Screening, first interview over zoom then final interview in person. Challenging questions that require thoughtful responses. Know your lean sigma six and 5s and be apply to apply them in real life situations.
