I had the interview on the phone, then one-on-one in their office. They were very courteous and showed me their office and facility and made me comfortable. The overall experience was very positive and I thought that the process was very enjoyable.

They asked me about my job, my responsibilities, my achievements, my contacts and connections. Then they informed me about the job being offered and whether I would be comfortable taking it up.
