Adept Packaging interview questions

I set up an in person interview with the Human Resources Representative to speak with the CEO. It would have been a five hour drive for me to get there. The HR Rep told me that the would need to confirm the interview, which he never did with either me or the HR Rep. The day of the interview, he tried to contact me at the interview time. I told him that I never received confirmation of the interview. I then contacted HR Rep who allowed that this was Adept Packaging's mistake. I set another two interviews, this time via phone. The CEO was a no show each time, and did not even take the time to send me an email. Bad experience. If the CEO is this way for an interview, what will he be like to work with? Decided not to work with Adept Packaging.

Phone interview , then on site in person interview, then offer extended, then drug testing and back ground check. During interview was exposed to systems I would be working on, this was helpful in understanding the what skills where needed to be successful.
