Recieved a phone call from HR a few days after submitting my resume and cover letter online. Initial interview with HR went very well. I soon recieved a phone call for a second interview. That also seemed to go very well. I was told that they would make a decision on the final candidates for third interviews within the week. After not hearing back, I emailed HR and the next day I recieved an email stating that I was not the right fit and the position had been filled. I congradulated them on their hire and thanked them for their time.
