Interview
Got a callback from someone obviously hired by Adecco. Called them back and the agent told me immediately to disregard the callback. They must not read the application before they call because I have no explanation while they called me in the first place. The agent claimed she was not from Adecco. I hung up, immediately called back, got the machine saying "Thanks for calling Adecco" and literally the same exact agent picked up. My first question was to speak with someone from Adecco and after a long pause, she finally admitted she was from Adecco. I don't blame her but definitely blame Adecco for the poor experience. All I did was say my name, she pulled up the application and said no. so at the very least it was a weird interaction.
Less questions than I thought there would be - then again, they were mass hiring. Many yes/no questions, three personality questions at the most you didn't have to give a long answer to.

Interview
Apply online, fill in some forms and a telephone interview. The process was very fast and easy to follow. The recruiter was extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I was based too far and was not made an offer.
