Interview
The Interview process was very straightforward and nice, First round with HR, then several rounds with direct managers. The final round being again with HR, just to complete the final contractual details. It went rather fast.

Question 1
With HR, mainly contractual questions and with the managers, simply talking about past experience, understanding the way Adecco works, what is expected from a project manager. It was more of an open exchange.
The interview was straightforward. We covered my background, my interest in the role, my availability, and my salary expectations. They also provided a great overview of the client, the day-to-day responsibilities, and the hiring manager's top priorities.
