Interview
They were open with me when it came to the duties and pay for the job as well as the possible risks. They took the time to assess what I was and wasn't comfortable with and assigned me clients passed on that.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or drug charge?
The interview process was very fast and very informative. It was done over the phone . I’m guessing due to covid. But they explained the jobs and answered any questions I may have had.
