I was asked to come into the office to answer questions about my previous work. All the questions were repeats of the phone interview and my recruiter didn't appear to remember anything about our phone interview. I guess she didn't take any notes. Prior to the interview, I was asked to follow a link and fill out an application which included me giving up references. Keep in mind, I have no business relationship with this company and my references are confidential until there is a job offer in hand. These are my policies to prevent companies like this from personal information harvesting. Don't give up any personal information until there is a job offer!!!
