Interview
The interview process was quite simple and very accommodating. I was contacted about my resume while I was still in Nova Scotia and had a preliminary over the phone interview to get a gage of my personality, work habits, expectations etc. They were then able to schedule me for an interview the week I returned to Toronto. This was about 20 minutes long. It was conducted by Luc, the CEO of the company. Later that day I got a phone call regarding a 2nd interview which involved a 'day in the life' with one of the existing sales agents. This day lasted the duration of a regular work day and allowed both myself and the current employee to ask questions and get to know one another. It also allowed me to truly understand what would be expected of me day to day on the job. Lastly when I returned I had a final interview in which I spoke to someone about my day and if this role was a good fit. From there I was told that I got the job and we arranged a start date.

Small phone interview followed by face to face with just emphasis on background and future goals. Was asked to come in after the phone interview and had a 1:1 with a nice lady who asked me about my goals in life.

The atmosphere was easy going, the staff were friendly and the interviewer was a peach, I was late and they were really nice about it, I filled out a form which asked basic questions to gain my understanding of the business and then I went in to speak to the interviewer who basically wanted to get to know me, my personality and my goals

Basically she talked about the company, what they do and how they do it and then she asked me a couple of easy questions, nothing to be worried about. This job is based 100% in commission!
