I had a 30-minute, and everything went well. They said they would schedule a call for me with the company's CTO, but it never happened. After a month, they sent me another message on LinkedIn and an email about the same job position. I replied, reminding them that we had already discussed this position and that I was still waiting for them to schedule the call with the CTO. Again, I received no response. It seems likely that this company is just collecting data and wasting people's time.
