Interview
There are 3 rounds.
- First one is with someone from HR where they ask questions about what kind of persion u are.
- Second one is a technical interview where they ask about your previous projects and ask some more specific questions
- Final conversation is with 2 people from management. This conversation is 2 parts a technical and a non-technical. With the non-technical they ask you to solve a case.
Ging vlot, het technische gesprek was eerder conceptueel, ik moest geen code programmeren maar er werd wel gepraat over design patterns en hoe je bepaalde dingen zou implementeren. De procedure bestond uit 3 rondes, eerst een kennismakingsgesprek hierna een technisch gesprek en dan een gesprek met een manager.

Interview
The first interview is with HR, They ask you personal stuff, like what are good and bad things about you. Then, you get a technical interview with an experienced software engineer.
