I applied through the university website for an Assistant Professor job in the CSE department. Had two rounds of technical interviews. First round with internal faculty including HoD and Deans. Second round with external members (IIT Profs). The interview went well, and I received the offer. I have declined the offer as the salary offered was way less than the industry standard.

Interview
Based on the resume, there is a technical interview conducted by the faculties where your knowledge is evaluated based on your technical domain. Second is the HR Interview, followed by the Head HR Interview.
