The recruitment team will contact you after you have been selected to attend an interview. The travel costs and logistics are covered by the company. Their interview committee is friendly and helpful in easing your nerves
It was an online interview with partners. It was not diverse at all. There was only one person of colour. I felt very sad that the day and age we live in, people of colour are still overlooked. The questions were political, and academic.
