Adafruit interview questions

Be warned that the interviews can go LONG and can contain up to 4-6 interviewers. Usually begins with a contextless tour of 2-3 floors, then a lengthy interview (be prepared for what might feel like kinda personal / weird questions) and a breakdown of every benefit and paid day off the company provides, plus a kinda hard sell on the company ("did you know our company was on a magazine cover? She met the president once" etc etc). It may feel overwhelming and take a long time but since they almost only hire friends/family of existing employees, they seem to offer anyone they interview a job as long as you have a couple references who pick up the phone to say nice things. The leads don't seem very good at interviewing, lots of nervous infantile giggling between every sentence, and imo they go HARD to present the company as a looooot more exciting/progressive/diverse than I found it to be but you'll have to see for yourself. If you want the job, just be nice and play along and you should be fine.
