First was the screening, then a second interview with the hiring manager. It was mostly typical behavioral questions, but I could tell from the interviewer's reactions that I wasn't going to move forward. I don't think they liked that I had a different background; I guess they're looking for someone with direct CX experience.
A bit laborious to have to present a product demo after a few days of going through their materials. In the final product demo interview they should have said what they were looking for. I was criticised for talking too much instead of asking them questions but after a week its hard to be so knowledgeable about their product that I can pretend to ask them questions. In previous interview, the lady kept banging on about her supplement business. And in the final interview her and the guy were a little rude at the end.
Job is just upselling chatbot features so nothing much to write home about there to be honest. You could vibe code a competitor in a weekend.
bom facil e de resto nao tenho nada a dizer, foi relaticvamente facil de perceber todas as coisas. gostei do processo e pelas pessoas que estavam na entrevista acredito que seja uma boa empresa para se trabalhar mas la esta e so a minha opiniao
