All situational questions, very general. The process was designed to determine a good fit with the company. Individual topics were not discussed other than a general safety understanding. None of the panel on the interview were farmilliar with safety processes.

One interview with a panel of people and one interview with Probation Manager and Juvenile Court Director. Originally the panel consisted of Probation Officers and Supervisors, but there was too much drama, so I believe it's only Supervisors now.

Found the position online and applied immediately. Interview took 20 minutes. They covered the exact details of the job efficiently and were very polite. Very courteous and said they would call and they called within a week. Training started immediately after hire. Very supportive of their employees. Enjoyable environment to work in.
