I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AdVerto (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2018
Interview
During my first of two interviews, the discussion revolved around client projects and Adverto's way of working. There was a great emphasis on the work culture and business expectations.
During the second interview, we mainly talked about my expertise, past projects, and where I see the industry headed. I felt there was a great appreciation for the work I did.

Interview
Interview barely touched on the skills and background of myself (the applicant), and mostly talked about current projects with Adverto.
A lot of it came off as very self congratulating for producing the websites. In the end, the job description had shifted a great deal from what was posted, and no real responsibilities were outlined...more talk of what the company had done, and not what they wanted to do, and the purpose of filling a design role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AdVerto (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied to the job via Indeed and had three phone interviews and one in-person interview. The first time I spoke with the Managing Director, we mainly spoke about the role and our needs and wants. The second interview took place with the Technical Director and focused more on my knowledge of the industry. The last phone interview was with both the Managing Director and the Technical Director, during which they seem to have asked the same questions as the first two interviews while they added their feedback. After waiting to hear from them for a whole week, they called to schedule a lunch meeting where we mainly got to know each other before they presented the offer of employment.
