Well structured, 3 rounds of interviews. Felt like a fair assessment without too much pressure. It felt really important that we get to know each other and that this was a good fit for both sides.

Interview

I had 4 interviews in total, including a three-steps practical assignment and client-facing interview. The final interview was with the CEO, who asked me what was my motivation to be there in the interview that day. Everything was done remotely through Skype.
