The interview process consisted of a phone interview then several in-person interviews with the hiring manager and members of the department. They responded in a timely manner and followed up about two weeks later on whether or not I would be receiving a job offer. Ultimately, I ended up applying and receiving an offer for a different position at the company that was more in-line with my experience.

It was a very basic interview process. All the interviewers were very welcoming, social, and a pleasure to speak with. They allowed the conversation to be free-flowing which was a nice change.
