I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ad Results Media in May 2025
Interview
one prescreen with HR. And then a virtual interview with 3 Account Directors. Pretty much every single was multitasking versus giving me their full attention. It immediately turned me off to where I really didn't even want to try to impress them. Not only that, but if you value family and flexibility, don't work here. They offer Summer Fridays as a perk, but one of the directors verbatim said "I haven't been able to take a summer Friday in years because I'm always working." Not really a good selling point, but ok.
When I asked about flexible work schedules, because I have two kids and sometimes my day can turn to chaos, I was told "at the end of the day work comes first"
Immediately no. Odds are that individual may not have kids, but I knew right away, this agency did not align with my values. Overall just a really off putting interview.

***BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY***
A few years ago I decided I wanted a new job and started my job hunt. My search brought me to Ad Results Media....I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by a few other interviews with others on the team I would be working with. The interview process itself was pretty easy and I really loved the people I spoke with. Shortly after, I was given an offer which I signed and then put in my 2 weeks at my current company. Ad Results mentioned that they would be following up with me regarding sending me a laptop, etc. The week prior to me starting I still haven't heard anything from them so I followed up. Long story short, they ended up ghosting me. This company and its HR team are absolutely unprofessional....this for me is a red flag and I'm glad I didn't work for them. Luckily for me, I was still interviewing with a few other places and got additional offers. If you're interviewing with them -- please let them be a last resort.
Also, one additional thing. They've apparently been having layoffs recently yet, they're posting about job openings on LinkedIn. These postings have over 100 applications and get taken down and put up again every 2 weeks to make them seem like they're staying afloat. Please be wary of this and know that you're wasting time applying with them.

Question 1
The interview was years ago, so I don't remember this off the top of my head, but it was basic interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ad Results Media in May 2023
Interview
The interview process started off smoothly. The employer was attentive and I moved through the steps pretty quickly. After they asked me for references they dangled the job offer in my face for 3 weeks only to send me a generic email telling me I didn’t get the job. They didn’t even bother calling or addressing me by my name in the rejection email. They had me contact old bosses to fill out a lengthy review for no reason. I felt dehumanized. If this is how they treat someone during the interview process, I think I dodged a bullet.
