I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Acumen (Burlingame, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
The whole process is like Code Example Submission, Data Exercise, Phone Interview, Onsite Interview in sequence. It takes about 2 months to finish all procedures. The recruiting team is very efficient and professional. They contact interviewees/answer questions very soon once they get feedback.
All people I've met during the onsite interview are super friendly and smart. They all graduated from top schools and in a young age. New grads should feel no pressure when talking with them. Most interviewers are very interested in past project listed on resume and also ask how does it relate to health care/plan field so be prepared to that kind of questions. I receive an offer one week later and decide to accept it since I have a very positive impression towards this company.
Thank you for taking time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you had such positive interactions with the Recruiting team as well as the interviewers!

Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Question 1
Walk through specific projects from the past experience.
They have 4 rounds of interview, one is more like a written test ,where you get asked some statsiticals or basic math questions. there are 3 rounds face to face interview, mainly behavioral questions
Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
