The process consisted of two rounds. The first was an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by a detailed discussion with a Delivery Manager and an Assistant Director focused on my resume and areas of interest. The conversation was constructive and left a positive impression. However, despite receiving a verbal confirmation regarding the offer from the recruiter, no formal offer was shared, and further attempts to follow up went unanswered.
