Applied through a recruitment agency. Had an aptitude test which I unfortunately messed up so I did not progress to the next stage. It was a bit annoying that I had travelled a fair distance with no expenses to do a test that could have been done online.
Two interviews about two hours each, the second interview is conditional on how well you do in the first. Quite laidback and friendly with some case studies to test problem-solving abilities.

Interview
Two separate interviews split into the morning and afternoon. In the first interview, I was asked questions about my CV and looked into a case study testing my numerical skills. The afternoon interview looked at two further case studies.

The process took a few weeks, I was interviewed online and covered a case study in the interview, asking technical questions.
Overall a pleasant experience.
