Apply through email then invited to a preliminary zoom interview. In the preliminary zoom interview, the interviewer ask basic question to get to know me as a person, such as why am I doing the degree I'm doing, why am I moving to Sydney. Then on the 2nd zoom interview, question was more geared towards asking my tutoring style such as what would I do if a student is not engaging.

6-Stage Process: 1. Call from the company manager 2. Zoom interview (approx. 45-60 min) 3. E-mail with a task request: Flyer + Video (had only one day to finish) 4. Present these projects via Zoom or during in-person interview 5. E-mail Invitation for the in-person Interview in the office. (2-3ppl interviewing) 6. Experienced a call with a good news!
