The most welcoming company that I have ever interviewed for. 1st interview was an informal general interview covering past experience etc and then a few technical questions. Easy going staff made me feel welcome and able to speak freely. Was called back for a second interview with the CEO, which for me, was the icing on the cake. The CEO wants to be involved with the recruitment process and wants to ensure that each candidate is the right fit for his family. Informal chat again which was very insightful into the background and reasons for his passion in this company.
