I had 3 interviews. One with HR, and then two with the team. Overall everyone was very nice, answered my questions, and asked insightful questions to me. They seem to care about fit and experience in their environment.

Interview
Got ghosted despite being in the process. Their interview process is extremely broken. First, the recruiter admitted that this role is a Sr. PMM position but the job board reflected PMM as the title.
After an initial recruiter screen, I met the hiring manager. For the next round, I was supposed to meet the CPO but that chat never got scheduled, despite several follow-ups with the recruiter. I never heard back lol. All the best folks - you clearly have some work to do here.
