I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign
Interview
What started off as a strong interview process turned into shambles. They were extremely coordinated (at first) and just fell off.
Following the phone screen + panel interview, they mentioned there would be a follow-up decision to either move forward in the process (to a mock call) or receive a decision to not move forward. It's been a few weeks now and it's clear they've ghosted a candidate.
While reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised.
Speak to a panel of sales managers and they will ask about why you want to work for them and about your past experiences as well as some qualities about yourself.
I applied online. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Barranquilla, Atlántico)
Interview
The interview process at ActiveCampaign was really good. I felt pretty amazed by the people in every interview I had.
They were kind, friendly and you really can see how much love they have for the company. That really caught my attention and now that I've been for a month at ActiveCampaign can understand better this love for the company and its product.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul) in Jun 2021
Interview
The process was very clear and explained from the beginning. Usual first interview, then with managers, and then a mock call. I got the responses in a week. Everyone was really sympathetic and easy to talk.
