Was an informal conversation with the manager about what you'd bring to the role, and why you want to work there. Then they discuss hours, and when you would be available to work.
Nice informal interview, a lot help to get employed. Enjoyed going through the process. The people were really communicating and helpful through out the process. A pleasant experience and do recommend trying.

Quick comp test. Same as the NPLQ exam. I came to the place in the morning, then headed straight to the pool where we did time swims and comp test. Also if applying to the Quays Swimming and diving complex be ready for a 5-meter depth test.
