Very informal and quick. Very little structure to the interview, was only myself and one member of staff from Active Care Group. Should have been a warning sign for the lack of professionalism to come.

Was face to face and very interactive. I felt eased whiles interviewed. It took about thirty minutes. The most interesting part was my strength and weakness questions. I demonstrated it perfectly and was impressed by ther interviewer. I explained the purposes and role of a support Worker.
