Test, Interview and Reference Check. The interview is competency based where they ask the questions around the competencies. It is good to prepare good examples of your work if you want to be successful. Test is mostly technical where the questions will be specific to the technical domain.
There were 2 interviews - the first was with human resources in headquarters and the second was with the hiring manager in country. All were done remotely via Skype calls and were about one hour in length. The HR interview is basic questions to determine your eligibility and the second interview is to assess your technical skills and fit for the country office.
