The hiring process is very simple. One phone interview but most of the time they don't do that anymore. They call you in for an interview and they ask you questions scenario questions. Basically they want to make sure you are not crazy and can get along with the current staff.

A joke. They didn't know what to ask or who should interview me. They wouldn't tell me what position they were interviewing me for after I applied for two different ones.
