The technical screen was basic programming The longer technical interview was given some code with tests, asked to work through it on your own and then talk through with two people There was a whole interview on collaboration and inclusion

Recruiters are great. Did a technical interview with Karat and my interviewer was a little hard to understand. It was a good format, but I wish it was actually just someone from ActBlue conducting that interview. Ghosted me after a followup.
