First round was a behavioural with the hiring manager. Second round was a written life sciences case with questions on the solution. Third round was another case with a consultant. Final round was a virtual super day with a coffee chat, a case, presentation prep (~30 mins), presentation, behavioural with CEO, and another case. I felt I did well on the cases and okay on the presentation, but the CEO was very tough in his questioning. He asked a lot about different concepts in the US health insurance market (which I admit, I was not super familiar with as a non-US citizen who prepped for more pharma concept questions), as well as culture/fit questions. Everyone I met was very nice and welcoming except for the CEO. The hiring manager called me the next day rejecting me and offering me feedback on my interview, which was appreciated.

The interview process was similar to other consulting firms in my experience, with a behavioral interview, a written case, a virtual case, and a final round interview. All interviewers were pleasant and friendly and spoke highly about working at the company. Communication between rounds was prompt and professional. The case interview experience was reasonably challenging.
