There is a first interview with HR. After that, there is a technical interview to analyze your knowledge of software design principles and your ability to talk about your technological stack. Finally, there is a long software development test.
I should acknowledge that I didnât do my best in the last interview, but the interviewer told me that I would receive a message from HR with the final decision from the company. I wrote an email more than one month ago asking about the process, and I received a response confirming that they wouldnât be moving forward with my application.
It is a little bit sad that after spending almost 5 hours in interview calls, in addition to preparation, the company does not show interest in letting you know that you have been rejected, especially if you are also in other hiring processes at the same time.
Other than that, I recognize that HR, theoretical, and software development interviews are comfortable for the interviewee.
