I had a very positive onsite interview experience. The team was welcoming and open to discussing their architecture and technical decisions. The conversation was engaging and I left with a good impression of the company. I was then invited to a short call with managers. However, after that stage I did not receive any feedback. I followed up but unfortunately did not receive a response. While my interview experience itself was genuinely positive, I believe every candidate deserves at least a standard update or closure message. Clear communication, even if the decision is negative, is important and reflects well on a company.
