The interview process was a bit scrappy, interviews were cancelled and moved around which was a bit annoying. My experience was clearly explained to them and that I didn't have experience in the payments industry and only after the second interview did they say that this was a requirement.

Interview
4 rounds - phone call with HR partner from the overarching group, zoom call with 2 account managers and HR, case study and last interview with board member.
Overall very positive experience. HR was lovely and always followed up with feedback and next steps. It’s a shame that she is not there anymore. The board member was a very impressive professional.

Interview
The CTO from the company called in my phone for a 1st interview and gave me an overview of the company. Then I gave a brief intro into my experience and explained my situation. He didn’t any further questions and just said they have more interviews and that they will let me know.
Next week I heard from the agency I’m not their guy.
