Interview took about 30 minutes and it was pretty standard. I was asked about myself, my goals, and why I applied to the position. There were a couple other applicants at the time of my interview and I was a little nervous because they seemed more qualified than me. The senior director made the interview casual and it did not feel like I was being grilled.
