Reviewed resume, and did a phone interview in which I was called back and offered the position of Merchandiser. I was told that I would have advancement opportunity within the company and decided to take the opportunity.

Interview
For the last 5 years every interview I have had has been a telephone interview. After applying for a job online I receive a call from a recruiter. If I answer the eligible to work questions acceptably my information will be passed on to a hiring manager. The hiring manager will then call me to complete the interview.
