Peta-gaye sent me an email after I submitted my application for the Customer Success position on the website, letting me know the day and time of the initial interview. I had a successful first interview with Peta-gaye. My second interview was then set for the following day. Mark was my second interviewee. All went well.

Interview
It was a two-stage process. The first interview was with an Achieve representative who wanted to get to know me more and ask me questions based on my work experience. The second stage was conducted by the Customer success manager who asked me more work-related questions with the objective of finding out if I could handle the duties that come with the role.
