The interview process was smooth — I was asked some QA theory and practical questions, and overall it went well. About a month later, I received a call saying I was selected and was asked for my details. They mentioned they would contact me again after getting approval from the BU team.
However, I didn’t hear back for a long time, so I followed up multiple times. Each time, I was told there was still no update. After about a month, when I called again, they informed me that the position had been put on hold.
I found this experience quite disappointing and unprofessional. If the position was on hold, they should have informed me proactively instead of keeping me waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this process to fresh graduates, as it was neither transparent nor respectful of candidates’ time.
