Phone interview with one of the worst recruiters I have ever come across. Completely disinterested from the start and blatantly reading off a script with a monotone voice. Clearly annoyed she had to barely do her job and artificial intelligence couldn't do everything for her.

"Do you enjoy learning?"
"What about learning do you enjoy?"
It was a straightforward interview. There were no technical questions. Mostly it was questions about strengths and weaknesses. The other questions were like walk me through your resume, standard HR questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ace Hardware in Jan 2019
Interview
I received an email confirming a date for a phone screening. I went through a typical phone screening that goes through your resume and I was asked some basic interview questions. They never emailed me back a week after the interview so I had to email them to follow up. It took them a few weeks to reply.
