Was referred to them by a mutual acquaintance and was actually recommended by another mutual acquaintance. Had been scheduled an interview for the next week when they called and asked if I could come in an hour. Met with one of the owners who asked the routine questions. Then he called in the technical guy who asked how I would begin to solve the problem (technical in nature). Gave a fairly brief answer and was hired on the spot.
