I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accudyn Products (Erie, PA)
Interview
I interviewed here a while back when I was in school, and I remember this being one of the most friendly interviews I have ever had. The process was stress-free and very welcoming. I would have accepted my offer here had I not already accepted an internship elsewhere! The conversation during the interview seemed natural, and (while I am typically very nervous in an interview) I felt very comfortable.

Interview
Had a short phone interview with an HR representative. Asked basic interview questions like "Describe a time when..." Then had a follow up interview in person with my would be supervisor, the senior project engineer along with the head HR representative. They discussed my resume and asked me to talk about my past work experience and schooling experience. I was then given a tour of the plant and the job was described a little more in depth to me.
