AccuWeather interview questions

Dragged out interview process for three rounds. Just felt long and unnecessary. Then they proceeded to ghost me until I reached out to the recruiter. The questions were not difficult, and the team was friendly.

Very unprofessional. Within the first 30 seconds the interviewer stated, "I do not know why I am interviewing you, or why your resume was brought in front of me, as you are missing the main required qualification." I said, can you review the job description and show me what I am missing? It turns out they posted the wrong job description, but the correct job title, and I WOULD have been a great candidate. The one I saw I had nearly 95% of the required and many of the preferred qualifications. I got a minimal apology and then an automated rejection email just a couple days later. Due to this disorganization and how I was treated, I do not recommend Accuweather.
