The Accredible team was very communicative about the process. They outlined the expectations clearly, so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. There was a phone screen and a few rounds of team led interviews.
The first stage was a screening call with a recruiter. Then I was sent a take home assignment. They asked to create an account on their platform which is a great way for them to increase their user base. The assignment involved answering support tickets and writing kb articles. They asked me not to copy paste from the help center but to show more personality in my responses to the tickets, which I did. A few days later they sent me a rejection email saying that I did not copy paste enough from their knowledge base. So basically they failed me for following the instructions that they gave me before the assignment.

The interview process involved a 3-hour take-home assignment, which required creating an account on their system. Deleting this account afterwards proved to be unnecessarily difficult. Following the submission, I was ghosted and received no feedback whatsoever. Ultimately, this felt like a waste of time, though I suppose they gained a new "user" out of it.
