Thank you for your review, the feedback is always valuable. I believe you're talking about the Culture Index assessment which is backed by decades of research. We use it to help us better understand the traits of applicants in order to match them to the right job. We care about our teammates and do not want them to be placed in a role they are not wired to enjoy. It's one way we ensure that we can keep our teammate happiness score at 4 or higher (out of 5) and also build productive teams. It's one of many factors we look at when considering an applicant for a role, but not the only one. In 2018 (when you indicated you applied) we only had 1 individual helping with recruiting so we're sorry for the 4 week timeline. Our team is larger now and we have better systems to help us move candidates through the pipeline faster.
