Interviewed twice: was very disappointed with the process and the quality of questions asked by the interviewer. They took two months to scheduled the first interview and another six weeks to announce they went in a different direction - even though one position I applied for was temporary at the end of a grant. I felt the interviewer - same for both positions - acted disinterested and unprofessional. Both times I got a bad vibe that this organization is a bit of a mess and unsure of their mission direction.
