Referred by a friend that works there. Emailed by HR to setup on site interview. Very relaxed interview process with two people at the same time. Felt more like a conversation between colleagues than a formal interview which really helped relax me. After a couple of weeks I was invited back for a second round. Again, this was a two on one, but just as enjoyable. They were up front and honest about the demands of the job, which I appreciated. Again it felt like a conversation. I was given ample opportunity to ask questions. The few questions I had were answered directly with no posturing or sugarcoating. All in all a great experience, it just didn't work out.
